Katrina's Hot item song Walla Walla from Tees Maar Khan

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif were indeed the hottest couple in the b-town till they broke up few days back. But the parted lovers are back together for an item song in Farah Khan’s movie ‘Tees Maar Khan’ that stars Akshay Kumar and Katrina in lead roles.The song ‘Walla Walla’ from ‘Tees Maar Khan’ is an item song performed by Salman Khan and the movie’s lead stars Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif, dancing to a fun qawwali number where they are engaged in a mock fight.The song has been choreographed by choreographer turned filmmaker Farah Khan. Farah told reporters that she has directed some cool moves for the song including the most memorable towel dance step from the film ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’.
For the item number, Katrina dressed into a Pakeezah look of Meena Kumari, wearing a peach coloured traditional dress, while Sallu Miya and Akki are flaunting red shirts like typical taporis.
A source reveals, “Despite tensions between Salman and Kat, they both had a great time shooting the song. In the quawalli number, Kat was styled like Meena Kumari from Pakeezah. Salman and Akshay was dressed up like tapori, colorful shirt, vests and pants. To add more fun to the song, Farah has also incorporated the famous towel dance move from Mujhse Shaadi Karoge.”The song was shot at the film city for two days. Tees Maar Khan is a forthcoming Bollywood film directed by Farah Khan featuring Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif and Akshaye Khanna in the lead roles. The film is set to release on 24 December 2010.With all three Bollywood stars dancing on an item song together, the item song ‘Walla Walla’ in ‘Tees Maar Khan’ is bound to be the film’s USP.
